Checkivo is built for Shopify merchants who sell recurring products, memberships, rentals, try-before-you-buy or digital access — especially brands that want a one-page checkout on Stripe without Shopify platform fees on those orders. Most customers are DTC brands from early growth through multi-million GMV.

Core starts at €1/month for the first 3 months (after a 3-day free start), then €29.99/month, plus 0.5% per transaction on Checkivo checkouts. Core Pro is €399/month plus 0.2% per transaction, with hands-on implementation and enterprise support. See /tarieven/ for the full breakdown. Stripe processing fees always apply separately.

No on Checkivo checkouts. Orders that run through your Checkivo one-page checkout on Stripe do not incur Shopify’s checkout platform fee. You still pay Shopify for your plan and any Shopify features you use — just not the platform fee on those Checkivo checkout orders.

Yes. Stripe processing is always there. What you drop is the Shopify platform fee and typical subscription-app revenue cuts on Checkivo checkouts. You keep more margin per recurring order.

Core is self-serve: install the Shopify app, connect Stripe, and go live. Core Pro includes hands-on implementation and migration support in the monthly fee — no separate surprise setup invoice for standard onboarding.

Plans are billed monthly by default. Annual options and custom terms are available for Core Pro / multi-store setups — contact us via /contact/ if you need a tailored agreement.

Yes on Core — cancel anytime. For Core Pro, the commercial terms in your quote apply; we’ll always be clear about notice periods before you sign.

The Checkivo percentage applies to orders processed through Checkivo checkout / recurring billing. It does not replace Stripe’s processing fee. Failed payments that never capture are not charged as successful transactions.

No. Checkivo fees apply to Checkivo-powered checkouts and subscription billing — not to unrelated Shopify Checkout orders that never touch Checkivo.

No. Checkivo works on Shopify Basic and up. You get an editable one-page checkout and subscriptions without needing Plus checkout extensibility for the core flow.
